Forward-looking information

This website contains forward-looking information about Harvest Gold Corporation, including statements about the timing, size and results of drilling at Mosseau; the negotiation of agreements with the Lac Simon First Nation and the engagement of a drill contractor; earning an 80% interest in Mosseau under the option agreement with Vior Inc.; the use of proceeds from financings and the incurring and renunciation of flow-through expenditures; final TSX Venture Exchange approval of the June 2026 placement; exploration plans at LaBelle and Urban Barry; the potential of the Kiask River Mineralized Corridor; and the possible Rosebud payment. Statements marked “Forward-looking” are of this kind.

Forward-looking information is based on assumptions that management considers reasonable, including that agreements will be reached, contractors and permits will be available, and financing will remain sufficient. It involves known and unknown risks, including delays in negotiations or drilling, weather and logistics, the availability of contractors, assay turnaround times, exploration results, gold and metal prices, the availability of capital, and general economic, market and regulatory conditions. Actual results may differ materially. Readers should not place undue reliance on forward-looking information. Harvest Gold has no obligation to update it except as required by law. See our news releases and public filings for the risks that apply.

Technical disclosure

Scientific and technical information on this website is drawn from Harvest Gold news releases, in which it was prepared and approved by Louis Martin, P.Geo., Technical Advisor to the Company and considered a Qualified Person for the purposes of National Instrument 43-101.

Drill intervals are core lengths; true widths are not known unless stated. Harvest Gold’s core samples are NQ sawed half core, assayed by AGAT Laboratories Ltd., which is independent of Harvest Gold, by 50-gram fire assay with an atomic absorption finish, with certified standards, blanks and field duplicates inserted. Soil sampling results are not definitive and carry no guarantee of a mineral discovery.

Historical results on the Mosseau and LaBelle pages were completed by previous operators and have not been independently verified by Harvest Gold; a qualified person has not done sufficient work to verify them, and they are treated as historical in nature. There are no current mineral resources or mineral reserves on Harvest Gold’s properties. References to the Windfall deposit, owned by Gold Fields, describe a nearby property; mineralization there is not necessarily indicative of mineralization on Harvest Gold’s properties.

About the 3D view

The 3D view on our home page shows the Urban Barry greenstone belt in Quebec, from Lebel-sur-Quévillon to Gold Fields’ Windfall deposit, with relief from Terrain Tiles (elevation data from Natural Resources Canada’s Canadian Digital Elevation Model, NASA’s Shuttle Radar Topography Mission and USGS GMTED2010, via Amazon Web Services Open Data), drawn with heights exaggerated so the low relief reads from far away. Lakes are shown where the elevation data is flat, with larger lakes from Natural Earth. Mining titles are drawn from Quebec’s public register of mining rights (GESTIM, Ministère des Ressources naturelles et des Forêts), active titles as published on October 26, 2026: at Mosseau, the titles held by Corporation Aurifère Vior Inc., which we have under option, and the Audet-Robert claim blocks we bought in 2026, which the register still lists under the sellers’ names; at LaBelle, the titles held by Harvest Gold Corporation; at Urban Barry, the titles still registered to EGR Exploration Ltd., in which we earned a 100% interest on September 21, 2026. Titles held by Groupe Minier Windfall Inc. (Gold Fields) are shown in grey for context. Areas in the register can differ from the figures we report. The Windfall deposit and the named showings are placed at their positions in SIGÉOM (Ministère des Ressources naturelles et des Forêts, CC BY 4.0); drill holes at the collar coordinates in our January 8, 2026 news release. Columns of light mark our properties; they do not show any quantity. Place names: Natural Resources Canada, Canadian Geographical Names Database (Open Government Licence – Canada). Simplified; not an official map.
