Harvest Gold is a Vancouver-based exploration company listed on the TSX Venture Exchange. Since December 2023 we have built a three-property gold package in Quebec’s Urban Barry belt.

Our story

From a long search to a discovery

Harvest Gold explores for near-surface gold deposits and copper-gold porphyry deposits in politically stable mining jurisdictions. Our earlier work included the Rosebud project in Nevada, sold in 2015, and exploration in Mexico and British Columbia.

In December 2023 we optioned Mosseau from Vior Inc. and Urban Barry from EGR Exploration Ltd.; in March 2024 we staked LaBelle. After magnetic surveys, mapping and soil work, our maiden drill program in 2025 returned 105.0 g/t gold over 1.15 metres in central Mosseau. In 2026 we joined Mosseau and LaBelle along the Kiask River corridor and earned 100% of Urban Barry.

Crescat Capital, our largest shareholder, owned approximately 19.9% of Harvest Gold at the end of 2025.

Communities

Exploring with the Lac Simon First Nation

Mosseau and LaBelle straddle the Eeyou Istchee-James Bay and Abitibi territories. In 2025 we paused drilling for the local First Nations Cultural Week, the National Day of Truth and Reconciliation and the fall hunting season.

In July 2026 the Lac Simon First Nation asked us to delay drilling until two agreements under negotiation are finalized. We agreed, and we are working to complete them. We look forward to a long-term, mutually beneficial relationship. Forward-looking
